How We Work

From first contact to case closure

A clear, disciplined process that carries your matter from inquiry to resolution.

Phase 01The Intake Phase
1

Initial Inquiry

The client contacts us through our official channels; our team collects the details and a summary of the legal issue.

2

Pre-Screening & Conflict Check

We confirm the matter fits our practice areas and check for any conflict of interest.

3

The Consultation

Our attorney listens, asks targeted questions, reviews documents, and assesses expectations.

4

Fee Agreement

If we take the case, a retainer/fee agreement is drafted, signed, and payment is processed.

Phase 02The Case Management Phase
1

Case Opening

We open a physical and digital file, enter an appearance if applicable, and set critical deadlines.

2

Fact-Gathering

We request evidence, reports, financial documents, and witness information from the client and third parties.

3

Legal Action

The attorney drafts the required legal documents, negotiates with opposing counsel, or prepares for trial.

4

Client Communication

We update the client on progress, answer questions, and collaborate on major decisions.

5

Case Closure

On resolution, we issue a closing letter, return original documents, and securely archive the file.

Meet our Team

A multidisciplinary bench of lawyers, advisors and consultants working side by side on every engagement.

Areas of Practice

Counsel across every front that matters

Eight specialist practices, one coordinated team, so whatever your matter touches, you have an expert on it.

Litigation

We represent clients at every level and in every forum: before judicial courts, appellate chambers, administrative and regulatory bodies, and international arbitration tribunals, including those governing disputes under Saudi and GCC frameworks. We are equally experienced in proceedings involving regulators and government authorities, from competition and securities enforcement to labor, tax, and intellectual property matters.

Learn more

Intellectual Property

Our intellectual property practice exists to protect the inventions, brands, creative works, and trade secrets that give our clients their edge and ensure that edge is never surrendered without a fight.

Learn more

Dispute Resolution

We represent family offices, companies, family businesses, individuals and high-net-worth individuals. Each conflict has its own weight, and so we believe that there is no one-size-fits-all solution, which is why our approach is built on one conviction: every dispute must be prepared as if it will go the full distance.

Learn more

Labor Law

The relationship between employer and employee is one of the most consequential and most regulated in business. When it breaks down, the consequences extend far beyond the individuals involved.

Learn more

Corporate & Commercial Law

Our corporate and commercial practice governs the full lifecycle of a business. We understand that every business begins with a decision, and from that first decision, the choice of structure, the founding agreement, the first commercial relationship, the law is present.

Learn more

Bankruptcy & Insolvency

Financial distress rarely comes with warning. When it does, the decisions made in the first hours and days define everything that follows for the business, its creditors, and everyone whose interests depend on what comes next.

Learn more

Foreign Investment & Market Entry

Saudi Arabia is one of the most compelling investment destinations in the world. The opportunity is real but so is the complexity. Navigating the Kingdom’s regulatory landscape, ownership frameworks, and market entry requirements demands counsel that understands both the ambition and the detail. The Kingdom is open for business, and we make sure our clients are ready for it.

Learn more

Immigration & Residency

Saudi Arabia’s Premium Residency program represents one of the most significant shifts in the Kingdom’s relationship with foreign talent, investors, and entrepreneurs. For the right individual, it offers something previously unavailable: the ability to live, work, and invest in the Kingdom on a long-term basis without the constraints of traditional sponsorship.
